March is known for Spring Break and a lot of hotels and resorts cater to the spring break crowds. Let’s start with one of the most popular spring break destinations, Cancun, Mexico. The mainstream place is called 7 Mile Beach, Its truly where all the action is. During the day there are many activities and places to see. Dolphin Cove is a great way to interact with dolphins. Not only can you swim with the dolphins they may even pull you around while holding on to their dorsal. You may even chose to swim with the stingrays as well as pet the camels! Dolphin Cove can be enjoyed by many! Beach and swimming with marine life by day, bars, Reggae and dancing by night. Jamaica can be enjoyed by everyone!
Like many other spring break vacation spots, Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic has become more and more popular over the past few years. Punta Canas weather is very close to being perfect! They also have many all inclusive resorts. The Iberostar Punta Cana is a wonderful resort. Their staff is very friendly and accommodating. The beaches have white clean sand and some of the resorts have swim up bars! The Iberostar resorts have discos or nightclubs right at their resorts. They also have a wonderful spa for some relaxation — who wouldn’t love a massage on the beach?
The more relaxed of these destinations is the Bahamas. It’s an easier spot to get to,its only 50 miles off the coast of Florida. This island is English speaking and has charming allure. Not only does the Bahamas have amazing beaches they also have under water caves. According to Bahamas.com these caves are one of the biggest and among the environmentally distinct. You can get to these caves by land or sea. And if you are into bird watching the Bahamas has the second highest number of native bird species.
